What it costs
Check free. Pay only when we find your money.
You see how much is missing, and where, before you pay anything. To unlock the order numbers and the claims ready to send, you pay a share of the money found, once. Nothing found means nothing to pay.

What it checks
Commission above your usual rate
Every order's commission is compared with the rate most of your orders are charged. An order charged more is shown with the order number and the extra amount.
Ads and other deductions
Ads, campaigns and other deductions taken from your payout, totalled week by week, so you can see what they cost and question any you didn't agree to.
Payouts that never reached your bank
Each weekly payout is matched to a credit in your bank statement. A missing or short credit shows up with its date and amount.
Delivered orders never paid
Add your order history and every delivered order is looked for in your payouts. An order that should have been paid and wasn't is listed, with the claim written for you.
Example, sample numbers
Most orders of an outlet are charged 20% commission. Order 5007, a ₹1,000 order, was charged 26%: ₹60 more than usual. Veritally lists it with the order number and writes the message to send to partner support.

Every line checked
Commission against your usual rate on every order, fees, GST on fees, the 9(5) GST, TDS and TCS kept apart as tax, ads and complaint cuts listed, orders held for complaints shown as held, and the payout matched to your bank by its UTR.
The same day
Claims written, strongest first
Each difference comes with the order number and the message for partner support. First, confirm one order exactly as we read it, so you know the reading is right.
During the week
Act on what can be fixed
Resolve held complaints in the app so they are paid next cycle, ask about ads and campaigns you didn't agree to, and track every claim until it's answered.
Every week
A reminder on payout day
Turn on the weekly reminder after your first check. Checking every week? Veritally Pro halves the share on what's found.
What restaurants asked for, and what Veritally checks
In July 2026, Bengaluru restaurant owners, through the Bruhat Bengaluru Hotels Association, asked Zomato and Swiggy for clearer payouts. They put commissions at 8% to 28%, by outlet and contract. Veritally is independent and takes no side; it checks the statement you already have.
| Restaurants asked for | What Veritally checks on your statement |
|---|---|
| A line-by-line breakdown of commissions and payouts | Every order line read and added up; commission compared with your usual rate, outlet by outlet. |
| No ads or discounts without consent | Every ad, campaign and discount deduction listed with its dates and invoice, so you can question any you didn't agree to. |
| Fairer customer complaint and cancellation cuts | Complaint refunds, your share of cancelled orders and other recoveries listed order by order for review. |
| Clear payout deductions | Tax (9(5) GST, TCS, TDS, GST on fees) kept apart from fees and cuts, and every payout matched to your bank. |

Read your own statement
- Zomato settlement reportWhat each column of the Zomato Settlement Report means, how the order level payout is worked out, and what to check before you accept a weekly payout.
- Swiggy payout annexureThe tabs of Swiggy's weekly payout annexure, how each order's net payout is worked out, held orders, carried-forward ads, and what to check every week.
- Deductions, ads and complaint cutsWhich Zomato and Swiggy payout deductions are tax, which are fees, and which are worth a question: ads, discounts, complaint and cancellation cuts.
Your file stays with you
- You run the check yourself, on your own phone or laptop. You don't send your file to anyone.
- Customer names, phone numbers and addresses are removed on your phone before anything is sent. Only order numbers, dates and amounts are checked on our server.
- We never ask for your Zomato or Swiggy login or password, and Veritally can't change anything in your account or move money.
- Your file itself never reaches Veritally, and you can delete your account and its checks at any time.

Which files to download
Weekly payout statement (order level) Needed
From your partner dashboard's payouts section. The full order-level file, not the summary. Add several weeks together.
Order history Recommended
Your delivered orders for the same weeks, so an order missing from every payout is found.
Bank statement Recommended
From net banking, for the same weeks, so every payout is matched to your bank.
Questions
Is this an official Zomato or Swiggy tool?
No. Veritally is an independent Bengaluru startup. It reads the statements you already download from your partner dashboard and checks them for you.
What if my file isn't read?
Zomato and Swiggy don't publish their statement layouts, so Veritally finds each column by its meaning. If your file isn't read, the check tells you plainly instead of guessing. If you'd like it added, send us on WhatsApp a photo of just the column names row, with no amounts or customer details, and we'll add it.
Why is a Swiggy order missing from this week's payout?
Swiggy holds orders with a customer complaint you haven't acted on, and lists them on the annexure's Unresolved customer complaints tab. Veritally shows them as held, not lost: resolve the complaint in the app and they are paid next cycle.
One check for Zomato and Swiggy together?
Check them one at a time: one check for your Zomato statements, another for Swiggy. Their orders and payouts are never mixed.
Can you raise the claims for us?
Yes, if you want. With Recover it for me, our team raises and follows up the claims through your partner support, using access you choose to give (never your password). You pay 15% of the money actually credited, nothing if nothing comes back.
